Sun Mortgage is a licensed mortgage lender serving clients in the State of Maine.  We are a high service provider with competitive rates.  We make available a full line of conforming conventional mortgage products fixed and adjustables.  In addition, we also do rated loans for customers with current or past credit issues.  Finally, we do what we refer to as portfolio or specialty type loans for qualified customers who have good credit but may not fit the so-called secondary market for a variety of reasons in this category we also make construction loans for new homes and major re-hab needs.

Our company is part of a financial services holding company that offers real estate sales, insurance, and appraisal services through one of our affiliates or subsidiaries.

Robert Norris is the president of the company and has 30 years experience in banking and mortgage banking.

Melissa Norris is the senior vice president of the company and has 15 years experience in the industry.

The goal of our company is not only to close a loan faster and more efficiently than our competitors at a great price, but also to use our extensive experience to provide consumers with the most informed mortgage experience possible.

We are one of eastern Maine's largest with national relationships that allow us to deliver the products and pricing that Maine home owners deserve.
